This Blog Has Moved (Next Door)

To our loyal readers: we are moving our blog next door (so to speak).

The Bicycle Coalition of Greater Philadelphia is very busy these days, with educational programs like Safe Routes Philly and advocacy initiatives like Completing the Schuylkill River Trail. In these efforts, we see many opportunities where our efforts cross-pollinate one another. Bringing bicycle and pedestrian safety into Philadelphia public schools, for example, does not happen in a vacuum separate from our efforts to make Philadelphia a more bicycle and pedestrian-friendly city.

Previously, we had one blog devoted to our general advocacy, and another dedicated to our educational efforts (this one). To reflect and encourage the interconnectedness of our efforts, we are combining these blogs into one. (Also, both the world and your RSS feed could do with one fewer blog.)

Thus, moving forward, we will no longer be updating this blog. All of our posts about our Safe Routes Philly and Bicycle Ambassadors programs, as well as other educational and active transportation-related news, will be posted at the Bicycle Coalition's main blog:
